Any parts and materials or additional labour will be charged at the end of the appointment after prior approval. For installation work, a deposit is paid and final balance due upon completion before we leave the property via BACS or card.

Yes. For all installation work, we require a 50% deposit as this allows us to purchase the specific materials and parts or appliances for you, as almost every installation is different. Please note that some appliances are special order or bespoke and these would need full payment before ordering as likely non returnable.

Yes. We offer a workmanship guarantee of minimum 2 years, Most manufacturers also have a warranty from 2 -12 years.

We offer waste removal as an option, although most people dispose of it themselves as it often saves them money.
